While Part 1 of ICPE is not required before taking this course, it is strongly recommended. ICPE Advanced will include posture exercise training with peelbacks and progressions. Attendees will learn an advanced flow of exercises integrating the use of balls, bands and stabilizers.
Course will be taught mainly through hands-on lab, with lecture time.
