Established 14 year family based practice for sale in Chandler, AZ by owner. Motivated and wants to sell by end of summer. Doctors family is growing and will be relocating by next spring. She doesnt want to take maternity leave, she wants to go ahead and sell. Very loyal patients that want to stay at this location. Need to find a chiropractor with similar values in caring for their patients, as well as use of same techniques. Majority of the practice is Diversified, but also use Activator, Thompson Drop, Flexion/Distraction and Gonstead. Physiotherapy is also used in the office as well. New Doctor would take over lease and space is shared with a massage therapist that is willing to work under the doctor for insurance clients. Practice overhead is very low and the office is located in great location off a busy street. A female doctor is preferred, but all will be considered as long as they have the right personality, values and techniques. The doctor has only worked 20 hrs a week for last 4 years to be home with her son more. She has also taken 1-2 months of vacation a year and still takes home 65-70K.
