Doctor of Chiropractic wanted for Des Moines area practice

Our group is hiring Doctors of Chiropractic to join our team in the Des Moines metro area! We are looking for a passionate chiropractor who wants to take care of patients, serve the community that they are in, and dedicate your entire focus to caring for their patients. As you know, prescription medications are becoming an epidemic in our community. The opioid crisis is leading to over 115 people dying every day in the US, and our country is becoming sicker, more immobile, and more disabled as time goes on. That drives our mission – we firmly believe that chiropractic can be a shining light in the darkness that currently exists and are striving to keep people off of opioid medications.

Our clinic and system is designed specifically to allow the doctor to be a doctor and serve that mission, while our team offers:

New Patient Recruitment and Marketing: Our marketing systems provide our practitioners with new patients each month, removing the headache of having to market from the doctor.
Billing and Collections: Our team takes care of the billing and collection process for you, allowing you to focus on the patient care.
HR and management: We recruit and train your Chiropractic Assistant team, allowing them to diligently support you and your patients.
Complete Practice Management training: We will work with you through a comprehensive training program to teach you the aspects of practice and patient care that you do not learn in school, maximizing your results with patients.
Clinical skill and adjustment training: through dedicated clinical training, you will enhance and polish both your diagnostic and adjusting skills giving you the confidence to approach any patient encounter with certainty and ease.

In addition our compensation package is designed to include a competitive salary, paid time off, a 401k program with employer matching, health insurance, as well as paid malpractice insurance, continuing education and re-licensure fees.

Job requirements include:
Doctor of Chiropractic Degree from an accredited college or university
Chiropractic Licensure or ability to become licensed in the State of Iowa
A desire to be a part of a team based atmosphere that focuses on growth and performance
A strong passion for chiropractic and holistic healthcare
An ability to be coachable, accountable and self-driven
