Job Description:
The Joint Chiropractic is accepting resumes for full and part time Doctors of Chiropractic in our San Antonio clinics.
We are a WELLNESS cash based practice and we do ALL the marketing and advertising monthly for the clinic. There is no insurance to clutter your care of patients and take up your valuable time. All our clinics are connected via our Electronic Medical Record software program for seamless and convenient care in our clinics across the nation.
Our Doctors see 4043 wellness patients per day. In addition, we hire and train all the support staff for the clinic so the doctor can focus on giving the best possible care to our patients.
Our Clinic Directors earn a base salary plus a lucrative productivity based monthly bonus. The base salary is negotiable depending on past experience. The bonus is directly related to your performance with patient care, retention and growth. Full time Associates earn a competitive base salary, are eligible to participate in quarterly and annual incentive plans and have the opportunity to grow into a Clinic Director Position as we continue to expand the franchise in San Antonio.
We offer paid one-on-one training, as well as, ongoing coaching and mentoring on a weekly basis to ensure the success of our Doctors and clinics.
