Operations related roles include: full charge accounting and finance oversight of insurance claims and processing maintaining the flow of clients and client satisfaction marketing maintaining the office develop processes and procedures that benefit the practice and the patients.
Personnel related roles include: managing front desk, massage therapists and Chiropractors hiring and terminations maintaining performance goals team building scheduling counseling payroll creating an environment that people want to work in.
