$75,000-$90,000 Annually
$2000 Joining bonus on completion of probationary period
401K, QSEHRA (reimbursement for medical/dental/Vision expenses), Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays, 40 hour work week
Position: Full-Time, (Part-Time Position opening in a few months, as well)

Responsibilities:
• Evaluate patients
• Diagnosis condition(s)
• Create and perform treatment plans
• Maintain patient medical records
• Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities
• Document each patient to CMS standards, with medical necessity clearly documented
• Exhibit exemplary behavior towards medical and support staff, but especially towards patients

Qualifications:
• Active California Doctor of Chiropractic license
• Previous experience
• Ability to build rapport with patients
• Strong attention to detail in patient notes
• Strong communication skills
