Salary/bonus $60,000-$80,000

Must be a good multi-tasker, able to work independently and with a thriving TEAM, be coachable with a desire to do things with excellence. Responsibilities will include all aspects of patient care, screenings and community talks. We have an incredible staff dedicated to helping our community to become healthier.
