We are looking for a motivated Chiropractor to join our practice full time in Spartanburg, SC. We are looking for an Associate who is passionate about promoting chiropractic, working closely with patients, creating long term relationships with them while providing high-quality, individualized care. Ideally, the incoming chiropractor is an empathetic connector who strives for clinical mastery, mission and team focused with positive energy, and has extremely high value for chiropractic care. The Associate Doctor has two primary responsibilities: providing clinical care for the patients and community engagement.

Duties:
• Perform initial exams and re-exams (medical history, focused physical exam, review pertinent imaging/documents/reports)
• When clinically warranted, take, analyze, and upload x-rays into the patient’s file.
• Evaluate findings and determine diagnosis, Document diagnosis codes for each patient at the conclusion of their Initial examination and update diagnosis codes accordingly during follow up progress exams.
• Develop and prepare appropriate treatment plans
• Patient education as to diagnosis, 1-1 Patient Report of Finding, treatment plan options, pre and post treatment care, lifestyle modifications, nutrition sales, take-home stretches and exercises, benefits of continued chiropractic care
• Treatment- Chiropractic Care- diversified adjustments, rehab and various therapies and modalities
• Documentation and Charting (timely and accurate notes)
• Document all services conducted by charging the appropriate CPT codes for each visit.
• Work cooperatively with the team and other support staff for comprehensive patient care
• Patient follow up (regular reexams) to ensure treatment goals are being met- reassessments
• Personal and professional development
• Marketing and community engagements
• Health lectures
• Ask for referrals, reviews and patient testimonials when appropriate.
• Staff meetings and training- Participate in all Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly accountability meetings in the office.

Requirements:
• Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Chiropractic program (DC)
• Active Chiropractic license in SC

Schedule:
• Full time
• Mon thru Friday with Friday treatment times ending at 12:30
• The employees are expected to participate in community engagement, training, and coaching during some of the non-patient times.

Salary (range):
• $65k-$85k
