This an ideal location for a doctor to start his or her own practice without the overhead and expense of office management and upkeep. Possible buyout option may be available. Rent is negotiable so you can get your practice up and running, then increases as your collections increase.
Office includes reception area, doctor’s office, 3 adjusting rooms, with drop and mechanical distraction tables, spinalator, ultrasound, e-stim, massage therapy space, and EHR system. Space is available Monday, Wed, Fri and Sat. This position has potential to transition into a partnership/ownership opportunity if the candidate so chooses.
