We are an established Chiropractic Clinic that is growing and needing you to join our team in beautiful East Tennessee. Our patients deserve the best in healthcare, and we are looking for a compassionate, motivated Chiropractor who enjoys focusing on helping others reach for their health and wellness goals. Techniques used in treating patients within our office are Cox Flexion Distraction, Diversified, and some Activator. Previous knowledge of techniques is helpful but not required. We will train on techniques and procedures.

Duties:
• Perform initial exams and re-exams (medical history, focused physical exam, review pertinent imaging/documents/reports)
• Tests/Diagnostic imaging- developing and marking x-rays
• Evaluate findings and determine diagnosis and prepare appropriate treatment plans
• Patient education as to diagnosis, treatment plan options, pre and post treatment care, lifestyle modifications, take-home stretches and exercises, benefits of continued chiropractic care
• Treatment- Chiropractic Care, adjustments- Cox Flexion Distraction, Diversified, Webster and some Activator, rehab and various therapies and physical therapy modalities
• Documentation and Charting (timely and accurate notes)
• Work cooperatively with team and other support staff for comprehensive patient care
• Patient follow up to ensure treatment goals are being met- reassessments
Requirements:
• Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Chiropractic program (DC)
• Active Chiropractic license in TN
• Knowledge of Cox Flexion Distraction, Diversified, and some Activator helpful but not required.
Schedule:
• Full time
• 4-day work week with alternating schedule allowing for a 4-day weekend every other weekend
Salary (range):
• $75K-$85K within the 1st year
