We are looking for a principled Chiropractor to join our practice full time in Lititz, PA. Ideally, we are seeking a DC who is compassionate, reliable, self-motivated, and is looking for a long-term position within a successful practice. About us:
We are a Wellness chiropractic office with an emphasis on high quality care and we have been proudly serving the community for almost 10 years. We offer health and wellness services to our patients. We treat our patients as extended family, and we are seeking another Doctor who has a desire to care for them. We have a dedicated team of chiropractors, health coach, x-ray tech, and support staff and we work hard to give our patients the best care possible, that they need and deserve!!

Duties:
• Perform initial exams and re-exams (medical history, focused physical exam, review pertinent imaging/documents/reports)
• Take and review Diagnostic imaging/X-rays
• Evaluate findings and determine diagnosis
• Develop and prepare appropriate treatment plans
• Patient education as to diagnosis, 1-1 Patient Report of Finding, treatment plan options, pre and post spinal care, lifestyle modifications, take-home stretches and exercises, benefits of continued chiropractic care
• Treatment- Chiropractic Care- adjustments- Diversified/Manual, Drop Table, Arthrostim, Thompson and Pettibon. Corrective care based of x-rays, drop table, diversified, arthrostim, minor muscles work and stretching, rehab and various therapies and modalities
• Supervise and advise patients on care, exercises, and rehab
• Documentation and Charting (timely and accurate notes)
• Work cooperatively with the team and other support staff for comprehensive patient care
• Patient follow up to ensure treatment goals are being met- reassessments
• Cross trained for front desk (scheduling, appointment types, collections)
• Marketing
• Team trainings/meetings and coaching calls
• 2-3 continuing ed/Chiropractic Seminars a year

Requirements:
• Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Chiropractic program (DC)
• Active Chiropractic license in PA
Schedule:
• Full time (on average 35-40 hrs/week)
• Monday- Friday
• Occasional Saturdays (8-11:30)

Salary (range):
• $70k-$80k
