Salary and Benefits:
A Full-Time DC will commit to a 5-day work week and the starting base salary is $65,000. Over-time base salary increases are given based on performance.
We also have “Lead Doctors” who take on a consistent schedule at one location and work with management to grow the clinic.
Lead Doctor salaries range from $75,000 to $110,000 depending on the clinic revenue levels.
Compensation Package…
Starting base salary $65,000
Monthly bonus/commission (Expected $5,000 annual)
Malpractice Paid – estimated value $3,000
$1,000 toward CE and/or license reimbursement
$1,400 annual longevity bonus – paid 1st year anniversary and then every year after
After one year – 3 weeks of paid time OFF.
