We are looking for a Chiropractor to join our Chiropractic Sports medicine practice full time in Henderson, NV. We are seeking a DC who knows how to properly diagnose and treat radiculopathies upper and lower, torn labrums (shoulder and hip), meniscus injuries, concussion, thoracic outlet syndrome, nerve crush injuries etc. or be interested in learning how to diagnose and treat all conservative neuromuscular and musculoskeletal conditions. We are seeking someone who has a bright personality, loves to help others, and loves to work on themselves personally and professionally. They should also love to learn, enjoy being a part of a team, and either have a background in sports medicine or a desire to learn it. We have a gym on sight where we train our athletes, instruct exercise and technique, or rehab our non-athletes.

About us:
Our office treats pro athletes, weekend warriors, crossfiters, weightlifters, the general population of all ages and motor vehicle collision patients. We work as a team with a licensed massage therapist and a certified athletic trainer (ATC) and a chiropractic diplomate of sports medicine. We treat every patient as if they were a pro athlete, meaning as if their livelihood was dependent on their physical functional ability. We understand the techniques that help a baseball player with a torn shoulder labrum help an elderly grandma with the same injury.

We have a gym on site, not only for rehabilitation and recovery, but for private 1 on 1 group fitness classes. In short, we’re dedicated to the wellness of athletes and the entire family. We use functional assessments such as FMS and SFMA and others. Our staff is all full body Active Release Technique certified, instrument assisted soft tissue certified, and we use dry needling extensively. Our adjusting style is eclectic including Motion Palpation, Diversified, automated instrument, Thompson drops, toggle, cranial manipulation, and extremities. We use Mulligan mobilizations, rock tape, bracing, athletic taping etc. Our office is primarily cash (some personal injury) and as such our patients expect quality effective care. We also have an animal practice for those other members of our family.

Responsibilities:
• Patient Exam/Consultation-review health and medical histories, exam patients, review pertinent records/imaging
• Review X-rays, MRIs, labs etc.
• Diagnosis and Treatment plan formulation
• Chiropractic patient care- ROF’s, adjustments- Diversified, motion palpation, instrument, drops, ART, Graston, FAKTR, dry needling, Kinesio taping, Movement analysis SFMA, FMS, Exercise for rehabilitation and sports specific/performance enhancement, Nutrition if interested, joint mobilizations, soft tissue treatment manual/instrument/needling, taping/bracing, teaching rehabilitative exercises to patients, and various therapies/modalities
• Maintain clean room/tools and tables
• Patient education on the benefits of routine chiropractic care, treatment care plan options, lifestyle modifications, healthy lifestyle advice, nutrition, and rehab/therapy modalities
• Instruct the patient with rehab exercises and stretches and homecare
• Documentation/progress notes- accurate and timely records
• Re-exams for progress checks, adjustments, and ensure you’ve met patient and treatment goals
• Collaborating and communicating with multidisciplinary staff for comprehensive patient care
• Patient base growth and retention
Requirements:
• Graduation from an Accredited Program (DC)
• Chiropractic License in NV
• Background in sports medicine or willing to learn
Compensation (range):
• $75k-$90k per year (plus bonuses)

Salary (range): $70-80K

Bonus compensation: $10-40K
