Responsibilities:
• Comprehensive evaluation of patients and their complaints through the entire kinetic chain
• Collaboratively develop treatment plans in multi-disciplinary setting for an efficient and effective plan of care
• Patient education
• Manual manipulation
• X-rays
• Thorough electronic documentation completed in an efficient manner
• Coordinate with other providers on a daily basis to ensure patients are achieving expected outcomes
• Adhere to ethical and legal standards

Requirements: professional experience of greater than two years with state of (named of state) license in good standing. Strong chiropractic skill set as part of an integrated treatment solution. Exceptional skills in manual adjusting including drops, and the use of Flexion Distraction. Skilled in developing Rehabilitation Protocols, comprehensive care planning, and extraordinary communication skills. High energy. Able to problem solve and multitask. Ability to work in a team setting in a fast-paced environment. Able to prioritize and self-motivate. Functional medicine and nutritional training preferred.

Compensation and Hours: Our professional staff receive a generous hourly pay structure and profit share bonus with total compensation starting at $30 – $34 per hour and ranging up to over $100,000/ year based on experience.

Approximate Hours:
40 hours per week with flexible scheduling to accommodate patient flow and covering extended hours with other providers, for example an occasional half day Saturday or covering an extended evening hours.
