We are looking for a motivated Chiropractor to join our practice full time in Frederick, MD. We are looking for a Chiropractor who is passionate about working closely with patients, creating long term relationships with them while providing high-quality, individualized care. Ideally, the incoming chiropractor is compassionate, driven by patients’ success, and is looking for an opportunity with long term growth with a dynamic and continuously expanding practice. We need a Board-Certified Chiropractor licensed in the state of Maryland, with a license to practice physical therapy and with supervising status.

Duties:
• Perform initial exams and re-exams (medical history, focused physical exam, review pertinent imaging/documents/reports)
• Take and review Diagnostic imaging/X-rays
• Evaluate findings and determine diagnosis
• Develop and prepare appropriate treatment plans
• Patient education as to diagnosis, 1-1 Patient Report of Finding, treatment plan options, pre and post treatment care, lifestyle modifications, and benefits of continued chiropractic care
• Treatment- Chiropractic Care- adjustments (diversified, activator, drop, SOT, Flexion/Distraction), rehab and various therapies and modalities
• Documentation and Charting (timely and accurate notes)
• Work cooperatively with the team and other support staff for comprehensive patient care
• Patient follow up to ensure treatment goals are being met- reassessments
• Get authorizations on patients as needed
• Overseeing staff when lead doctor isn’t present.
• Helping set patients up on therapy
Requirements:
• Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Chiropractic program (DC)
• Active Chiropractic license in MD
• License to practice physical therapy with supervising status.
Schedule:
• Full time
• Monday- Friday (office hours ending on Friday at 1)

Salary (range):
• $77k to start plus bonuses

• $80k-$90k /year
