We are looking for an ambitious, motivated Chiropractor to join our practice in Franklin, TN. We are looking to bring on a DC 3 days a week to start, with an opportunity to increase to a full-time position.
We need someone who has strong Chiropractic skills, experienced in developing Rehabilitation Protocols, comprehensive care planning, and extraordinary communication skills to be a part of our integrated treatment solution. We offer Comprehensive Pain Management based upon natural therapies and procedures used to design a natural wellness plan. Our non-prescription based approaches include Functional Medicine (the treatment of chronic problems like inflammation) and Physical Medicine (Chiropractic Adjustments, Strengthening Regimens, Physical Therapy and more aggressive options such as Spinal Decompression). Our goal is to improve our patient’s quality of life by effectively treating their chronic pain without the use of opioids, while improving their function and mobility, so we can get them back to the activities they enjoy the most. We believe that our knowledgeable, multidisciplinary team of MD’s, NP’s, PT’s, and DC’s can work together, along with the patient, to create a wellness plan that effectively works towards reaching the patient’s healthcare and wellness goals.
Duties:
• Comprehensive Patient Exam/Evaluations through the entire kinetic chain
• Develop treatment plans in a multidisciplinary setting for an efficient/effective Plan of Care
• Patient education on value of continued therapy, Chiropractic Care, and lifestyle modifications
• Manual Manipulations (Diversified and other chiropractic specialties)
• Documentation -Electronic
• Coordinate care with other providers daily to ensure patients are achieving expected outcomes
Qualifications:
• Graduation from an Accredited Chiropractic Program (DC)
• Chiropractic License in TN
• Functional medicine and nutritional training a plus
Schedule:
• Mon, Wed, Thursday with opportunities to move to full time employment with added benefits
Salary:
• $35-$50 per hour
