We are looking for a motivated Chiropractor to join our practice full time in Fort Myers, FL. We are looking for a Chiropractor who is passionate about working closely with patients- helping them reach their health and wellness goals, enjoys providing high-quality, individualized care and is a dynamic team player. Ideally, the incoming chiropractor is fluent in Fluent in Spanish and English. We have two clinics, Lehigh Acres and Fort Myers, and the Chiropractor may be covering both offices to start with a percentage of time between the two to be determined.

We treat a wide variety of health and wellness issues, making sure we take the time to listen to our patients, helping them the best we can. The team cares for patients with acute pain, sports injuries, chronic pain, motor vehicle collision injuries, and work injuries. They also address all aspects of health to ensure patients reach their full potential in healing and overall well-being. The team members are experienced and pride themselves on excellent customer service and ensuring patients are treated right from the beginning of care to the end of treatment with effective results.

Duties:
• Perform initial exams and re-exams (medical history, focused physical exam, review pertinent imaging/documents/reports)
• Take and review Diagnostic imaging/X-rays
• Evaluate findings and determine diagnosis
• Develop and prepare appropriate treatment care plans
• Patient education as to diagnosis, 1-1 Patient Report of Finding, treatment care plan options, pre and post treatment care, lifestyle modifications, take-home stretches and exercises, and benefits of continued chiropractic care
• Treatment- Chiropractic Care- adjustments Manual Adjustments including Flexion & Distraction, rehab and various therapies and modalities.
• Documentation and Charting (timely and accurate notes)
• Work cooperatively with the team and other support staff for comprehensive patient care
• Patient follow up to ensure treatment goals are being met- reassessments
• Overseeing clinical staff when you are the primary doctor onsite.
• Referring for MRI, or other tests and specialist referrals

Requirements:
• Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Chiropractic program (DC)
• Active Chiropractic license in FL
• Fluent in Spanish and English

Schedule:
• Full time
• Monday through Friday – 8am – 6pm with lunch break

Salary (range):
• $80K – $100K
