FULL TIME Chiropractor (DC) Needed in Cincinnati Ohio
Salary $65,000-$80,000
Chiropractor licensed to practice in Ohio
Highly skilled in manual adjusting, competently able to deliver corrective, healing adjustments in a manner that makes the patient comfortable and at ease.
Interested in patient education, able to instill confidence in the patient by coaching them toward their goals, even during flare-ups or set-backs.
Knowledge (or at least an interest in understanding) any additional therapies that may help healing; to include massage therapy, PT/rehab, cold laser/LLLT, Spinal Decompression
Duties to include:
New patient exams, including xrays
Monthly re-examinations
Report of findings
Daily chiropractic treatment/adjustments
Ordering special studies or consults if the patient needs it (should be rare: MRI, CT scan, referral to orthopedist or pain management, etc)
Techniques/ Specialty utilized:
Manual adjusting of the spine and extremities, to include Diversified, Gonstead, Motion Palpation
Some table-assisted adjusting, to include Thompson Drops, Cox Flexion/Distraction
Instrument adjusting, when requested (more rare in this practice): Activator, and Impulse (typically when needed or requested by the patient)
Salary (range):
$65-80,000 based on duties and experience
TOTAL compensation (salary + bonus) is based on production and performance, but is set for $110,000 and up
Bonus compensation:
based on production, but set at $500-$4,000 per month on top of salary
