Our mission is to serve as many families as possible through chiropractic care and adjunct therapies. Our dynamic, award-winning team consists of a chiropractor and a dedicated support staff that helps us collaborate to provide the best care that our patients need and deserve! We are dedicated to helping our patients achieve their health goals to improve their quality and quantity of life. Our office focuses heavily on educating our practice members and our community about the amazing power of the body and chiropractic, bringing the community better health by teaching and practicing the true principles of Chiropractic and wellness lifestyle.
Duties:
• Perform initial exams and re-exams for chiropractic, decompression, neuropathy, and gut health (medical history, focused physical exam, review pertinent imaging/documents/reports)
• Take and Analyze Diagnostic imaging/X-rays
• Evaluate findings and determine diagnosis
• Develop and prepare appropriate treatment care plans
• Following 5-point office visit protocol
• Patient education as to report of findings, care plan options, pre and post treatment care, lifestyle modifications, take-home stretches and exercises, benefits of continued chiropractic care
• Chiropractic Care- Adjustments to the spine and extremities- Flexion-distraction, Thompson drop, diversified, arthrostim, activator, Dry needling or acupuncture (great but willing to pay for certification), Webster technique, K-tape, Soft tissue (Graston or similar)
• Oversight of rehab and various therapies and modalities
• Documentation and Charting (timely and accurate notes) SOAP notes and any/all necessary and pertinent patient documentation
• Work cooperatively with team and other support staff for comprehensive patient care
• Collaboration with personal injury attorneys on injury cases
• Patient re exams/follow ups to ensure treatment goals are being met- reassessments
• Effectively communicate with patients to maintain adherence to treatment recommendations
• Ask for referrals/testimonials
Requirements:
• Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Chiropractic program (DC)
• Active Chiropractic license in MO
• Dry needling or acupuncture a plus (but we are willing to pay for certification if needed)
• Prefer at least 1 year chiropractic experience
• Experience (or willingness to learn) with adjunct therapies and nutritional interventions
Schedule:
• Full time (37 hrs per week)
• Monday- Friday with (Tue/Thurs/Fri hrs ending at noon)
• No Weekends
Total Compensation:
• $100k annually ($75k base plus bonus compensation)
