Chiropractor- Clinic Director Aurora, IL (45 min W of Chicago)
We are looking for a motivated and organized Chiropractor to join our practice full time as our Clinic Director. The Clinic Director will be responsible for managing our clinics in Aurora, Bloomingdale, and Elgin. We have fully staffed practices with dynamic Chiropractors and support staff, and we need a strong leader to manage them. This position will require 4 clinical days and 1 management day. The ideal clinic director will help ensure that all team members are practicing within the practice parameters. We are looking for someone to help grow our team environment while offering guidance to ensure clinic growth. Must have at least 5 years clinical experience and at least 1 year of management experience, even if outside of the chiropractic field.

Responsibilities:

• Patient exam/evaluation (review medical history and pertinent imaging/records)
• Perform manual adjustments to the spine, or other articulations of the body
• Educate patients on the continued benefits of routine chiropractic care
• Provide a recommended course of treatment
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes
• Arrange for diagnostic x-rays/reviewed, when medically necessary
• Building positive doctor-patient relationships
Qualifications:
• Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited chiropractic college
• Valid DC license in IL
• Must have 5 years of clinical experience and some management experience.

Schedule:
• Full-time
• 42 hours (includes 1 weekend day)
Salary:
• $95k per year plus Bonus Compensation
