We are looking for a dynamic Chiropractor to join our practice full time in Clifton, NJ. We are looking for an Associate who is passionate about working closely with patients, creating long term relationships with them while providing high-quality, individualized care. Ideally, the incoming chiropractor is an excellent adjuster, friendly team player who is Bilingual in Spanish/English (a HUGE plus but not a must). Must be Proficiency Rated or Advanced Proficiency Rated in Activator Technique OR willing to be trained. We are an outpatient multidisciplinary physical medicine and rehabilitation clinic and for over 46 years we continue to be passionate about getting our patients out of pain through non-surgical methods so they can live a healthier and happier life. We offer medical services, chiropractic, occupational therapy, acupuncture, nutrition, and more. We work closely together as a team and with our patients, creating a great healing environment. We are an activator-based practice.
Duties:
• Perform initial exams and re-exams (medical history, focused physical exam, review pertinent imaging/documents/reports)
• Take and review Diagnostic imaging/X-rays (when medically necessary)
• Evaluate findings and determine diagnosis
• Develop and prepare appropriate treatment plans
• Patient education as to diagnosis, 1-1 Patient Report of Finding, treatment plan options, pre and post treatment care, lifestyle modifications, take-home stretches and exercises, benefits of continued chiropractic care
• Treatment- Chiropractic Care- activator based adjustments, rehab and various therapies and modalities
• Supervise and advise rehab tech/Chiropractic Assistant on patient care, exercises, and rehab
• Documentation and Charting (timely and accurate notes)
• Work cooperatively with the team, chiropractic assistant, and other support staff for comprehensive patient care
• Patient follow up to ensure treatment goals are being met- reassessments
• Maintain positive doctor-patient relationships
Requirements:
• Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Chiropractic program (DC)
• Active Chiropractic license in NJ
• Malpractice Insurance in NJ
• Proficiency Rated or Advanced Proficiency Rated in Activator Technique OR willing to be trained
• Bilingual in Spanish/English is a HUGE plus but not a must
Schedule:
• Full time
• Mon -Fri with weekend availability
• Thursday mornings off
Salary (range):
• $90k-$100k
