We are looking for Chiropractor to join us in our Chiropractic Wellness clinic in Appleton, WI. We are looking for an Associate who is passionate about Chiropractic care and the continued benefits it brings! The incoming DC will work with our office manager to be trained on policy protocol for treatment. The ideal candidate is comfortable promoting wellness plans, a leader who is also a strong team player, and supports the platform of lifetime benefits of routine chiropractic care. This will be a part time position to start and increasing hours once our second clinic is open.

Responsibilities:

• Patient exam/evaluation (review medical history and pertinent imaging/records) reviewing x-rays, as indicated
• Perform manual adjustments to the spine, or other articulations of the body
• Educate patients on the quality-of-life benefits of routine chiropractic care
• Provide a recommended course of treatment
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes
• Arrange for diagnostic x-rays/reviewed, when medically necessary
• Building positive doctor-patient relationships
• Analyze x-rays to locate the sources of patients’ difficulties and to rule out fractures or diseases as sources of problems.
• Patient chiropractic care and education
Qualifications:
• Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited chiropractic college
• Passing scores for Parts I, II, III, and IV from NCBE
• A recent NBCE SPEC exam is an acceptable alternative for Part IV
• Valid DC license in WI

Schedule:
• Part time to start
• Friday 10 – 7 and Saturday 10-4
• Once the second location opens, we are more flexible on schedule with the clinic hours being Mon – Friday 10 to 7 and Sat 8 to 4. Some Saturdays will be required.
Compensation (range) :
• $36 to $42/hr
• Plus, monthly sales commission and performance bonuses
