“Does the Doc have time to give me a crack today?” I’m afraid he could be arrested for that, how about an adjustment instead?

Waiting Room – Wouldn’t you rather be in a Reception area.
Treatment – we don’t give out treats in our office (well snacks on special occasions), I don’t know about your office.
Treatment Room – Chiropractors don’t treat anything in there, they remove nerve interference.
No: Treatment Schedule
Yes: Adjustment Schedule
No: You missed your appointment.
Yes: We missed you at your appointment today.
No: A charge will be made for missed appointments.
Yes: If you are running late or can’t make your appointment please let us know, your health is important to us.
No: I’m getting sick.
Yes: My body is fighting something.
No: We are far too busy to see you today.
Yes: Sure I can get you in today, if don’t mind waiting a few minutes.
No: You keep missing your appointments; do I need to call you?
Yes: You seem to have a really busy schedule, would it make it easier for you if I gave you a confirmation call the day before your next appointment?
No: Hi Bob, I’m just calling to remind your of you appointment tomorrow.
Yes: Hey Bob, it’s Lynne from … and we’ll see you tomorrow at … (people don’t like to be reminded that they need to be reminded that’s why its better to confirm).
