Our facility in Ocala, FL focuses on the evaluation, diagnostic testing, and most importantly treatment of mild traumatic brain injury (concussion). We are seeking a chiropractor or chiropractic neurologist for our TBI rehab program to work in conjunction with our medical neurologist, chiropractors, PT, and nurse practitioners.
Responsibilities would include evaluation and treatment of trauma patients with TBI as well as musculoskeletal injuries. You would also be performing diagnostic studies like a video nystagmography, computerized balance testing, EEG, and more.
Because of the unique nature of this position, we have a very specialized training process, so while previous experience working with concussion patients is preferred, a passion for intellectually challenging work is the only prerequisite for this position…besides a Florida Chiropractic license of course!
Experience with personal injury is also preferred as most of these patients were injured in motor vehicle collision, but this is not required.
Pay salary of $60-$75,000 depending upon experience and training, plus paid malpractice, vacation, health insurance, paid CEUs, and bonus structure that pays guaranteed each month.
