Chiropractic Associate Needed in Beautiful Hickory North Carolina

We are a subluxation-based Chiropractic office in Hickory, North Carolina seeking an excellent fit as an Associate Doctor for our high-volume office. We are looking for someone with high energy, great people, relationship building and communication skills. This doctor must possess a passion for helping others through principled chiropractic care. You will be responsible for all the activities involved in converting and retaining practice members.

Duties:
• Provide high quality adjustments and communicate to the patient effectively.
• Review X-rays, Provide an excellent Report of Findings.
• Chiropractic care- Techniques- Diversified, Thompson Drops, Gonstead (Side Posture), Activator/instrument.
• Follow up care and progress checks to ensure patient and DC goals are being met.
• Documentation/charting/reports.
• Follow up on patient phone calls and emails.
• Work collaboratively with the other Doctors and office staff for optimal patient care.
• Work with the CA’s providing direction for patient care.
• Know chiropractic and the benefits of regular and consistent maintenance.

Requirements:
• Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Chiropractic program (DC).
• Chiropractic license in NC.
• A minimum of 1 year experience is recommended and highly encouraged but not required.
• Occasional training out of state over a few weekends throughout the year.
• Malpractice Insurance.

Schedule:
• Full time
• Monday – Friday with office hours ending at 12pm on Fridays currently.

Compensation (range):
• Competitive guaranteed Base Salary of $60,000 plus an easily achievable Bonus structure that is based on the collections of the entire office!
