Chiropractic Associate in CBP Practice

Chiropractic Health Care Center is an established, well-respected and ever-growing practice in the community of Glendora and beyond. Dr. John Hunt has been practicing corrective chiropractic care for over 35 years. At Chiropractic Health Care Center, we strive to get patients out of pain and maintain and improve their health and overall function through corrective chiropractic adjustments, corrective therapies, massage therapy, laser treatment, and corrective exercise. This is a well rounded practice that focuses on biophysics to treat patients.

We are immediately seeking a Chiropractic Assistant with the potential to become a Chiorpractic Associate! Applicants must have a current and valid chiropractic license in the state of California. Chiropractic of Biophysics certification is preferred, but it is acceptable if you plan or are working on your certification. If you show potential, we are looking to progress you into an associate chiropractor who can adminster corrective adjustments and prescribe treatment plans.

Our Chiropractic Assistant will mainly be responsible for carrying out patient's corrective care therapies (such as denneroll tables, motorized, itrac, laser therapy, and others), will assist and prep patients for examinations, assist with administrative duties (such as filing, copying, etc.), maintaining the building by ensuring toiletries, towels and other items are always stocked by placing orders. The chiropractic assistant is also included in all staff meetings/trainings, and is also included in team meetings where all practitioners review patient treatment. Chiropractic assistant is an essential piece of the puzzle to improve the patient's overall function and optimize their health and lifestyle!

At Chiropractic Health Care Center, we take pride in treating each patient individually. Therefore, twice a week we hole team meetings where the entire team discusses patient needs and the Doctor will give guidelines as to how each practitioner is to treat the patient. We strive to create a well-rounded treating team so that our patients may receive the most excellent care possible.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Room and route patients to correct treatment
Set up patients on therapy tables in a timely manner
Prepare and perform patient exams
Order and stock medical/office supplies
Assist in filing and other duties
Maintain the building, by keeping it equipped with toilet paper, paper toils, etc.
Partake in staff meetings/training, and team meetings to review patient treatment

Qualifications:

Passion for helping people to achieve their fullest potential through corrective care
Required background:
Chiropractic license
Chiropractic of Biophysics certification
Degree in Kinesiology
A minimum of 2 years experience working in a chiropractic environment
Ability to create a positive environment that welcomes all people.
Fantastic communication skills and exudes empathy.
Must love connecting with people and have passion for helping them achieve goals.
Must have a professional work ethic, be reliable and adhere to our attendance policies.
