Cash/Membership Practice
Cedar Creek Chiropractic is in a FANTASTIC location in Cedar Rapids, IA. It is central Iowa’s only membership practice. It is an all cash, no 3rd party payer, and membership office. Many of the practice members began care here simply because they live nearby and saw the sign everyday as they drove by. It is a great residential and commercial location with no nearby competition and is next door to the one of the highest volume Cost Cutters hair salons. It is a 1,000 square foot space with a warm and welcoming feel, a private adjustment suite, a kids nook, and a large Doc’s office.
There is an LMT renting a room here. She does great with her business and also brings constant flow of new people through the door. There is space for more.
The office has been open for just over 1 year. While I love what I do and love my beautiful space, I am unable to dedicate enough time to the office and am hoping to stay home with my children as my husband is taking a new job. I have not paid myself yet this past year as I have been investing in this business. As such, I am not attempting to sell this business or make a profit. I want to find a like minded chiro to take over the patients and current lease (ending in just under 4 years). There is a huge potential for a doc who has the time to be in the office. I am in no hurry to leave and would be willing to stay as long as necessary to ensure a smooth transition. This is a great opportunity for someone wanting to start up quickly with an established patient base in a great family town that is growing and has a ton of support for entrepreneurs.
What I am looking for in the next Doc…You should be comfortable with pregnant women and children as I serve a large portion of them. You should be a welcoming and patient person, as well as a thorough, competent, and reasonably gentle adjuster to be successful at retaining the current population of members.
