Hello, I have a beautiful practice located right next to 2 major freeways in the Bay Area. This practice is located in one of the safest, and most affluent areas in the country. I actually own another practice in the Bay Area and split my time between the 2 practices. I currently work in my Pleasanton office 2 1/2 days a week. We have a great relationship with several local PI attorneys that give us good business. Other than the PI, this business is all cash and has a lot of potential for growth for a chiropractor who want's to work more days.
I am open to an associate buyout for someone who needs some work history to get approved for the loan.
