Brand New Practice for Sale in the Center of Barcelona
Hello everyone, I am selling my practice in the center of Barcelona. Very well located at Calle Paris 207, at street level, inside the building with its own patio.
I just opened it on Feb 8, 2020, but for COVID-19 reasons, I will need to sell it. It doesn't have a large patient portfolio yet, so the philosophy of patient care can be easily shaped to suit the new owner. It is fully equipped.
The space is 57m2 with 3 rooms: Reception, consultation space and space for settings room “open space.” It has its own bathroom and kitchen / warehouse. Parquet floor and wooden decoration in the reception and in the adjusting room. All the decoration is branded with the colors of the clinic brand.
