Associate Wanted
Looking for an Associate for a relaxed, coastal Southern Maine family practice. The current practice is staffed by a single doctor who specializes in pregnancy, pediatrics and nutrition and functional medicine and utilizes primarily SOT and Diversified. The practice philosophy incorporates relationship building and trust as core practices, and appointment times are typically 15 minutes. Ideal candidate is self-motivated and would love the freedom and reward of building his/her own practice but prefers the structure and support of an already established practice.(Think independent contractor but only responsible for patient care and marketing.)Income potential is great and based solely on the work that is put in by the candidate. Willingness to provide coverage for vacations/maternity leave required. Experience with SOT, extremity adjusting, relationship building and honest, non-manipulative marketing practices preferred. Must have excellent adjusting skills, bedside manner and be very good at listening and treating patients like part of the team.
