ProActive Chiropractic is seeking a long-term, enthusiastic chiropractor to fill out our growing practice. We currently have one owner, one part-time associate, and are seeking an associate to fill in 30 more hours of patient care. Our practice focuses on active, young professionals with upbeat, fun, playful personalities who value their bodies. Our goal is to provide the best care that will get patients back to work, back to play! We have a practice where we are paid directly from the patient for rendering excellent care. No insurance companies dictating our care. Its a practice with no high-pressure sales tactics. And where our patients come almost exclusively from our existing patient base and professional referrals.
Applicant must be a skilled manual adjuster. Must be trained in Myofascial Release (ART, Graston, or other) and have a working knowledge of sports injuries (CCSP certification is a plus). Knowledge of Applied Kinesiology or eagerness to learn is also mandatory as it is critical we provide similar care regardless of the doctor.
Applicant must have a strong work ethic, desire to learn, be self motivated and have above average computer skills. Must be able to work with a team and sell yourself as you will be expected to market and make connections in the community. Strong diagnosis, documentation and communication skills are a must. This is a great opportunity for a new graduate eager to start treating patients or an existing doctor who doesn’t want the headaches associated with running a business.
California licensed applicant is preferred but we would consider the right candidate if someone will be licensed in the next couple months. At this time we are NOT interested in someone who is more than 3 months from being licensed as we have patients that need a doctor to care for them.
