Associate Position Available
We have been in successful operation the last 10 years and we are in search of like-minded and values driven Chiropractors to join our team.
This position has a very competitive base salary + commission. Associates who embody our values and demonstrates loyalty and commitment will be prioritized.
Requirements:
Candidate must embody: care for patients, attention to detail and integrity.
Must have a valid license to practice chiropractic.
Must be teachable, open minded, self-aware and self confident.
Must high in character, positive mental attitude and high spirited.
Must be able to effectively prescribe x-rays after each new patient consultation based on the clinical findings and must be able interpret and effectively communicate it’s results to the patient.
Proficient in our primary techniques like Diversified, Activator, and Thompson Drop table methods.
Provide efficient and focused progress evaluations.
Balance moderate to high volume patient load with the highest level of patient care.
Maintain accurate and timely patient treatment and records per clinic and company standards
Ability to establish and build doctor-patient relationship.
Must take part in company outreach, health screenings, corporate health talks to generate new leads.
Conduct talks and deliver presentation to corporate companies to generate patient leads consistently.
Must be accountable and responsible for the clinic operations.
