Associate Chiropractor needed in the beautiful Willamette Valley of Oregon

We are seeking an energetic chiropractor to join the practice. We are an office of two Chiropractic Physicians, three Licensed Massage Therapists, and 4 support staff (Office Manager, Chiropractic Assistants, and Front Desk).

The associate chiropractor position we are offering is full-time and will be 4 ten hour days per week (we are open Mon-Fri, 8:00am-6:15pm). Although this is an associate position, our office is looking for an arrangement that is beneficial for both the associate and the business, thus we want it to feel like a career rather than a job, while growing in experience / skills, as well as a possibility of equity sharing or even partnership in the future. There is an existing patient base in this clinic that we need help with! Community involvement is important and although we do not have a specific amount of events to attend, we want the staff and especially the chiropractors in ACC to be active in the community.

Benefits of the position include health insurance for the employee, Worker's Compensation insurance, paid gym membership, malpractice insurance, vacation, retirement plan with employer match, and support staff. We offer chiropractic (spine and extremities), massage therapists on site, active rehab (therapeutic exercise), and class IV laser therapy. We treat a blend of patients between cash paying, insurance, WC and PI. Although around 10-15% of our practice is MVA treatment, we strive to NOT be a 'PI Mill' and focus of care is on the patient's needs.

Compensation will be comprised of a competitive base salary plus a performance incentive. Contract period will be a minimum of 3 years.
