Duties & Responsibilities:

Perform initial exams and re-exams (medical history, focused physical exam, review patient history/prior imaging/documents/reports)
Order and obtain diagnostic imaging (X-rays or other imaging studies) to locate the source of patients’ difficulties and to rule out fractures or disease as sources of problems.
Evaluate findings and determine diagnosis
Develop and prepare appropriate treatment plans
Treat Patients (perform chiropractic adjustment)
Offer patients treatment options- adjustments, rehab, and various therapies and modalities
Suggest and apply the use of supports such as tapes, bandages, and braces if necessary
Patient education as to diagnosis, treatment plan options, and lifestyle modifications
Collaboration with the health care team and staff
Patient follow up to ensure treatment goals are being met- reassessments
Documentation and charting- timely and accurate notes
Team trainings/manager trainings

Qualifications:

Graduation from an accredited Doctorate of Chiropractic Program (DC)
A Chiropractor with at least two years of experience is preferred, but will train the right candidate directly out of school.
Active and valid Chiropractic license in Pennsylvania
Adjunctive Therapies License in Pennsylvania
Must be able to see/treat pediatric patients
Receptive to learning about and administering nutritional supplements
Specialty focus in areas such as pregnancy, Webster technique and/or ICPA trained doctors are encouraged to apply
Willingness to work with a multidisciplinary team
Working well within a team environment is an essential qualification
Excellent relationship-building skills are a must as you will be responsible for attracting and retaining new patients

Schedule:

Full-time opportunity – 40 hours per week
Mon-Friday work schedule with Friday’s being a shorter workday- a good work life balance!
NO WEEKENDS, NO HOLIDAYS!

Compensation:

$65K-100K (base salary plus monthly bonus incentive opportunity)

Abundant Health Chiropractic is a fast growing principal based Chiropractic office in Brantford, ON. We provide care based around the concept of the body’s innate ability to heal.
Our office is organized and systematized with processes that will allow any motivated chiropractor to create fast growth while building their practice.
We are looking to expand our chiropractic services and availability by bringing another doctor on board. We are open to an established doctor, a doctor in transition, or a new graduate.
The associate position will involve everything involved in running a practice – adjusting, patient education procedures from new patient exam to delivering wellness workshops, teaching and offering care plans, x-ray marking/developing as well as community outreach events where we educate our community on the benefits of chiropractic care.

Requirements:
Must be registered with good standing with the College of Chiropractors of Ontario.
Must have current liability insurance.
Principal based Subluxation and corrective care approach
Provide an exceptional Chiropractic care to clients and ensure a high level of service.
Assess patient's physical abilities and needs
Develop treatment plan according to the patient's individualized needs
Implement programs including therapeutic exercise, manipulations, and education.
Performance and Goal oriented; motivated to build your own practice
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
The ability to work both individually and as part of a cohesive health care team

Additional Requirements:
Required language: Proficiency in English
Required license or certification: College of Chiropractors of Ontario with Liability Insurance

Initial Salaried Position which will transition into Competitive fee split Agreement with sliding scale available with growth once your practice has grown to that point.
