AIDS Declared National Security Threat

Here are some of my thoughts about the Clinton Administration’s recent declaration of AIDS as a National Security threat. This has got to be one of the most unbelievable and dangerous claims of this administration. Different versions of the original Washington Post article appeared on front pages of newspapers across the country. Additionally, in many papers, buried in the other sections were articles talking about the developmental progress of so-called AIDS vaccines. Hundreds of millions of our tax dollars are being poured into this black hole.

Although recent articles focus on foreign governments, this is something we all need to watch carefully because it sets the stage for some dangerous vaccine policy at home and abroad. Once a vaccine is available, and the vaccine is used by this country to supposedly protect our national security, those who refuse the vaccine could be considered a threat to national security. Vaccine policy makers have been brazenly forward about their intentions that all our kids in their adolescent years will be targeted for a so-called AIDS vaccine. Now that a disease has been declared a threat to national security, we need to really make sure laws exist in all our states guaranteeing every man woman and child the right to refuse any vaccine. What U.S. parent in their right mind would ever want portions of the HIV virus put into their child on purpose?

There are also a growing number of scientists challenging the role that HIV plays in AIDS. If these scientists are right, then the above declaration about AIDS warrants even more concern since the developmental efforts of a vaccine center around the HIV virus.
