BASIC 8 is a fresh and vibrant chiropractic clinic, focusing on chiropractic care and fitness rehabilitation. The clinic is situated in Dusseldorf, one of the largest and economically developed cities in Germany. It is one of the largest and fastest growing clinic and as we are expanding rapidly we are looking for the next chiropractic talent to fit our team!

Responsibilities
Team mates are expected to arrive a minimum of 25 minutes prior to a shift.
Training is expected to occur every day of work, minimum 20 minutes in the form of team meetings.
Expectation to actively contribute to the clinic’s social media presence, and create/maintain a community suitable to your ideal patient.
Participate in marketing/sales opportunities on occasion to help attract new patients into our clinics
Willingness to learn and grow
Be able to prioritize and perform multiple tasks
Share personal Chiropractic experience and stories
Work cohesively with others in a fun and fast-paced environment
Have a strong customer service orientation and be able to communicate effectively with team members and patients
Manage the flow of patients through the clinic in an organized manner
Staying updated on membership options, packages and promotions
Recognizing and supporting team goals and creating and maintaining positive relationships with team members.
Maintain the cleanliness of the clinic and organization of workspace
Confident in presenting and selling
Keeping management apprised of member concerns and following manager's policies, procedures and direction.
Accepting constructive criticism in a positive manner and using it as a learning tool
