Clinical Practice room for Rent

Our Physical Therapy Office in Downtown Berkeley near BART and AC transit has space available for rent.
We have a quiet, chill atmosphere, on the ground floor which is wheelchair accessible.
We have four private treatment rooms available, with ELECTRIC HIGH/LOW TABLES that are adjustable, chairs and stool, with heating pads and ice packs. Our gym has recently been refurbished and remodeled too. One of our rooms is currently available for rent.
This room is available between 7 days a week. On Tuesdays through Fridays from 2pm till evening, and on Saturday through Monday all day.
We have Staff Only secure parking in the back, and high quality WI-FI is available, free of charge.
Price and time are negotiable! All utilities are included.
Must have own malpractice insurance.
