We are looking for a motivated Chiropractor to join our practice full time in Cincinnati, OH. Ideally, the incoming chiropractor is compassionate, a team player who enjoys helping others, and is licensed in OH. We offer a proprietary blend of science-based, integrative medicine services, that enhances the success of existing services within the recovery community with integrated programs that treat the whole person.

Who we are:
Our Integrated medicine program is Joint Commission accredited and follows a higher standard of care that provides safe and comprehensive wellness services in a treatment center for those suffering from substance abuse and mental health conditions. Our group has proudly served our community through high quality care for over 15 years. Our dynamic, award-winning team consists of chiropractors, medical doctors, nutritionists, massage therapists, chiropractic assistants and a dedicated support staff that helps us collaborate to provide the best care that our patients need and deserve! We work closely together as a team and with our patients, creating a great healing environment.

Duties:
• Reviewing client census list daily for new admissions
• Schedule and perform new patient exams, upcoming discharges and exams, and follow up visits
• Ensure client files are compliant such as intake paperwork, outcome assessments and authorizations
• Effective and timely communication with leadership and facility leadership on changes to protocols, treatment center concerns, incidents or pressing matters
• Weekly attendance to staff meeting and IMD meeting and Monthly and Quarterly company meetings
• Participation and collaboration in clinical meetings with treatment center team on individual clients
• Regular trainings provided in house; webinars and virtually for documentation, clinical and mental health conditions, and procedures and any new therapies added to our list of services.
• Provide Chiropractic care -Diversified, Thompson, Activator and Standard Extremity Technique, and treatment plans which include manual therapy, modalities, nutrition and exercise therapies
• Thorough initial examinations and timely re-evaluations are expected
• Thorough understanding of insurance guidelines to complete documentation
• Documentation – timely and accurate, within 24-hours after client care
• Collaboration with the chiropractic assistants, integrated team, and support staff for comprehensive care

Requirements:
• Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Chiropractic program (DC)
• Active Chiropractic license in OH
Schedule:
• Full time
• Monday-Friday 8:30-4:30pm

Salary (range):
• $78k-$85K yearly salary

Full-time Associate Doctor of Chiropractic needed in Cincinnati OH.
The Opportunity:

• Competitive base salary of $52-60K annually plus BONUSES with current doctors making $100,000+.

Responsibilities:
• Consult with patients by reviewing health and medical histories; questioning, observing and examining patients; and reviewing x-rays, as indicated.
• Evaluate patients’ to determine neuromusculoskeletal and spine related conditions.
• Perform manual adjustments to the spine, or other articulations of the body
• Educate patients on the quality of life benefits of routine chiropractic care.
• Provide a recommended course of treatment.
• Maintain accurate case histories of patients.
• Obtain and record patients' medical histories, as indicated.

Qualifications needed:
• A Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited chiropractic college
• Valid Ohio D.C. License
• Diversified technique preferred
