Chiropractor needed for San Francisco East Bay area, CA practice.
Location: Concord, Pleasant Hill, Brentwood, CA
Highly ethical practice needs a 5+ years’ experienced, California licensed chiropractor to examine and treat patients in very busy, successful practice. Must possess philosophical and clinical skills with experienced corrective and maintenance care in a cash setting.
Must be highly motivated, professional, charismatic, leadership qualities
Must have California X-Ray supervisor and operator license.
Minimum volume per week: 200 adjustments based on a five-day week. As volume grows, there is an opportunity to compress schedule to a 4-day work week.
$100,000 – $240,000 annual salary plus 401K and Health Benefits available.
Opportunity for income to grow with shown performance at annual reviews.
Must be driven for clinical excellence and aspire to move up within the organization. Advance as Clinical Director, to take charge of training associates solely or jointly on communications, procedures, scripts and technique.
Technique:
Subluxation Based with a high awareness of specificity, with delivery of a gentle adjustment. Primary techniques used are Gonstead (diversified, activator and drop table as needed).
Must demonstrate diagnostic tonal technique to evaluate the nervous system:
ie; Activator technique or Applied Kinesiology
