We are looking for a motivated, entrepreneurial minded Chiropractor to join our integrated group full time in Concord, CA. Come make our clinic like your own with salary-based work with productivity formula! We are looking for a Chiropractor who is passionate about working closely with patients, creating long term relationships with them while providing high-quality, individualized care within our integrated office. Ideally, the incoming chiropractor is an excellent adjuster/clinician who enjoys working with an integrated team to provide excellent care of our patients, helping them reach for and achieve their health and wellness goals.

Duties:
• Perform initial exams and re-exams (medical history, focused physical exam, review pertinent imaging/documents/reports)
• Evaluate findings and determine diagnosis
• Develop and prepare appropriate treatment plans
• Patient education as to diagnosis, treatment plan options, pre and post treatment care, lifestyle modifications, take-home stretches and exercises, and benefits of continued chiropractic care
• Treatment- Chiropractic Care- Adjustments of the spine and extremities (Diversified technique, flexion/distraction, instrument adjusting, soft tissue techniques), passive modalities (EMS, US, shockwave, heat/ice, etc), active therapies/rehab, and various modalities
• Documentation and Charting (timely and accurate notes) EHR
• Work cooperatively with the integrated team and other support staff for comprehensive patient care
• Patient follow up to ensure treatment goals are being met- reassessments
• Assist with marketing/PR activities as requested.
• Make medically necessary/clinically appropriate referrals to other services available in the clinic

Requirements:
• Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Chiropractic program (DC)
• Active Chiropractic license in CA
Schedule:
• Full time

Compensation (range):
• $75,000 base plus performance bonus.
• Realistic to earn $100K+ in first year with unlimited earning potential
