We are looking for a motivated Chiropractor to join our practice full time in Wilmington, DE. We are looking for an Associate who is passionate about working closely with patients, creating long term relationships with them while providing high-quality, individualized care. Ideally, the incoming chiropractor is comfortable with PT and modalities, currently licensed in DE, has personal injury practice experience, and is Focused, reliable, self-sufficient doctor with ability to multitask and manage effectively. The incoming candidate will work in administration and with the doctor and patients while assisting with therapeutic modalities and therapies such as electrical-stim, hydrotherapy, etc. We will train the candidate proficiently in all areas.

Duties:
• Perform initial exams and re-exams (medical history, focused physical exam, review pertinent imaging/documents/reports)
• Order diagnostics and homecare
• Diagnosis and treatment plan formulation
• Patient education as to diagnosis, 1-1 Patient Report of Finding, treatment plan options, pre and post treatment care, lifestyle modifications, take-home stretches and exercises, benefits of continued chiropractic care
• Treatment- Chiropractic Care- Manual Adjusting, Pro-Adjuster, PT, rehab and various therapies and modalities
• Write treatment plans and complete EHR/SOAP notes efficiently.
• Complete proper personal injury specific documentation such as narratives, coding and patient specific notation (We will provide training)
• Work cooperatively with the team and other support staff for comprehensive patient care
• Patient follow up to ensure treatment goals are being met- reassessments
• Overlook compliance of care and ability to address set-backs, and modify services as-needed
• Monitor patients for compliance then motivate and effectively communicate the need to follow recommendations to reach maximum medical improvement
• Manage staff and administration (in office only)
Requirements:
• Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Chiropractic program (DC)
• Active Chiropractic license in DE
Schedule:
• Full time
• Monday- Thursday, 8-12 and 2-6 (2-hour lunch break)

Salary (range):
• $70k-$80k (DOE)
