We are looking for a motivated Chiropractor to join our practice full time in Salt Lake City, UT. We are seeking an evidenced based chiropractor that can manually adjust patients, who also needs to be familiar with some soft tissue therapy techniques, as we treat both the muscle and skeletal sides of the musculoskeletal system. Our ideal associate is passionate about working closely with patients, creating long term relationships with them while providing high-quality, individualized care. We utilize Diversified, Graston, Dry Needling, Pin and Stretch techniques and we are looking for someone with similar training or any other soft tissue technique that the DC has been trained in.

Duties:
• Perform initial exams and re-exams (medical history, focused physical exam, review pertinent imaging/documents/reports)
• Evaluate findings and determine diagnosis.
• Develop and prepare appropriate treatment plans
• Patient education as to diagnosis, 1-1 Patient Report of Finding, treatment plan options, pre and post treatment care, lifestyle modifications, take-home stretches and exercises, benefits of continued chiropractic care
• Treatment- Chiropractic Care- adjustments, Diversified, Graston, Dry Needling, Pin and Stretch, rehab and various therapies and modalities
• Documentation and Charting (timely and accurate notes)
• Work cooperatively with the team and other support staff for comprehensive patient care
• Patient follow up to ensure treatment goals are being met- reassessments

Requirements:
• Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Chiropractic program (DC)
• Active Chiropractic license in UT
Schedule:
• Wed and Thurs 12 to 7, Friday 9 am to 5:30 pm, Sat 9:00 am to 1:00
Salary (range):
• $70k to $80k (depending on training and experience)

Who we are:

Responsibilities:
• Consult with patients by reviewing health and medical histories; questioning, observing, and examining patients; and reviewing x-rays, as indicated.
• Evaluate patients neuromusculoskeletal systems and spine using chiropractic diagnosis to determine neuromusculoskeletal and spine related conditions.
• Perform manual adjustments to the spine, or other articulations of the body, to correct the musculoskeletal system, where necessary.
• Educate patients on the quality-of-life benefits of routine chiropractic care. Provide a recommended course of treatment.
• Maintain accurate case histories of patients.
• Obtain and record patients' medical histories, as indicated.
• Arrange for diagnostic x-rays to be taken, when medically necessary.
• Analyze x-rays to locate the sources of patients' difficulties and to rule out fractures or diseases as sources of problems.

Techniques/ Specialty utilized: Diversified technique, drop table, activator
Schedule:
• Full time -4 day work week ~ 9:00am – 7:00pm (1 hr lunch break)
• Part time ~ 2 days a week with the same hours
Salary:
• Compensation starts at $50/hr plus bonuses. Doctors may be eligible to be moved to salary after growth goals are met
