We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Chiropractor to join our practice full time in Chandler, AZ. We are looking for a leader, who is an excellent adjuster, to join our dynamic team. The incoming associate will help run our PT rehab area with our in-house PT, as well as provide high-quality chiropractic consults and care. We are a multidisciplinary practice, using varying approaches to improve our patient’s quality of life, decreasing their pain, and boosting their whole-body wellness. Duties:
• Perform initial exams and re-exams (medical history, focused physical exam, review pertinent imaging/documents/reports)
• New patient consult (3-7 per day)
• Take and review Diagnostic imaging/X-rays
• Evaluate findings and determine diagnosis
• Develop and prepare appropriate treatment plans
• Patient education as to diagnosis, 1-1 Patient Report of Finding, treatment plan options, pre and post treatment care, lifestyle modifications, take-home stretches and exercises, benefits of continued chiropractic care
• Treatment- Chiropractic Care- adjustments Diversified mainly w/ drop table, activator, arthrostim (other techniques welcome), rehab and various therapies and modalities
• Assist with running the PT floor and collaborate with PTs on patient care, exercises, and rehab
• Documentation and Charting (timely and accurate notes) run our front desk Software system for soap notes and billing
• Work cooperatively with the team and other support staff for comprehensive patient care
• Patient follow up to ensure treatment goals are being met- reassessments
• Making appointments/knowing how to perform main duties usually performed by other staff

Requirements:
• Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Chiropractic program (DC)
• Active Chiropractic license in AZ
• Dry Needle certification will be required
Schedule:
• Full time
• Mon-Thu 9-1 2-6 Friday 9-3

Salary (range):
• $60k- $82k plus performance bonus (DOE)
