Looking for a chiropractor to that is interested in managing traumatically injured patient's, this is not a wellness clinic. Willing to work in a multi-disciplinary setting. Chiropractor with a specialty in orthopedic, neurology, or rehab a plus; however, if not just needs to be willing to learn. Chiropractor will have to be well versed in using computers as we are EMR based.
Duties to include: Triaging new patient's. The doctor needs to be proficient in proper documentation and examination skills to properly prognosis, diagnosis and create a treatment plan for their injuries. The doctor also needs to be well versed on taking x-rays, oversight of physiotherapies, exercise rehab. and when to order diagnostic imaging and making appropriate specialist referrals based on the patient's condition. This is a busy practice, requires doctor to be efficient, ability to multi-task, work in a team setting and great communication skills with the other employees and especially with the patients.
Techniques/ Specialty utilized: Chiropractic: Diversified, Activator or other.
Office hours and days candidate will work: Mon-Thus 8-12, lunch 12-1, then 1-6. Fri 8-3. No weekends.
Salary (range): 100K to start
