Associate Chiropractor needed in the beautiful Willamette Valley of Oregon

We are seeking an energetic, friendly and upbeat chiropractor to join our growing practice. We are currently an office of two Chiropractic Physicians, three Licensed Massage Therapists, (1) soon-to-be Licensed Acupuncturist, and 4-5 support staff (Office Manager, Chiropractic Assistants, and Front Desk) and hoping to find a third full-time DC. This position will be hired as a W4 employee (vs. independent contractor).

The associate chiropractor position we are offering is full-time and will be 4 ten hour days per week (we are open Mon-Fri, 8:00am-6:30pm). Although this is an associate position, our office is looking for an arrangement that is beneficial for both the associate and the business, thus we want it to feel like a career rather than a job, while growing in experience / skills, as well as a possibility of equity sharing or even partnership in the future. There is an existing patient base in this clinic that we need help with! Community involvement is important and although we do not have a specific amount of events to attend, we want the staff and especially the chiropractors in ACC to be active in the community.

We offer chiropractic (spine and extremities), massage therapists on site, active rehab (therapeutic exercise), muscle stim and class IV laser therapy. It is expected that a variety of these treatment types be used with patients in treatment plans. We treat a blend of patients between cash paying, insurance, WC and PI. Although around 10-15% of our practice is MVA/WC treatment, we strive to NOT be a 'PI Mill' and focus care on the patient's needs. We will aid you in becoming credentialed/contracted with most insurance plans.

Compensation will be a competitive base salary plus performance incentives. Contract period will be a minimum of 3 years.
