Exceptional Opportunity for Chiropractor Looking to Own a Practice in Phoenix Area
‘- We are opening a HealthSource Chiropractic clinic in the Phoenix area and we’re seeking a self-motivated, high energy DC with strong interpersonal skills and 1-4 years of experience to be the lead chiropractor for the clinic.
– You will partner with the owner to build a practice that is focused on functional care and progressive rehab.
– In addition to your base salary, you’ll be eligible to earn generous monthly bonuses as well as a performance-based path forward to clinic ownership.
– You will make all therapeutic decisions and advise your patients on how to live a healthier lifestyle
– We offer comprehensive training for all new DCs on our systems and using our proven techniques for providing exceptional patient care and growing a thriving practice.
– Competitive base salary of $65,000 – $75,000 (depending on candidate experience) with monthly bonuses and additional benefits over time, including medical, dental and 401(k). Strong potential to earn over $100K in your first year and more in subsequent years.
Required Job Skills and Qualifications:
• Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited university
• At least 1 year of professional experience as a chiropractor
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Maturity, integrity and an openness to participating in clinic business activities that may include evenings and weekends
• Basic knowledge of functional rehab exercises and a desire to implement functional rehab into patient care plans
• General understanding of commonly used CPT codes and experience with basic medical billing procedures
