FULL TIME Chiropractor (DC) Needed in Jacksonville Florida
Doctor of Chiropractic licensed in the State of Florida. Experienced (enough to work independently), Dependable, Great Adjusting skills, great ability to manage patient care, enjoys working as the only doc in the practice, but able to work will with the owner/staff (team player). Looking for a doc that either does not want to own a practice but enjoys seeing patients and is dynamic and passionate about patient care or a doc that wants to grow a practice with the option to buy it out, and understands how to grow patient base.
Must work a minimum of MWF, but we prefer someone who wants to work 4-5 days/week.
Must have great bedside manner and friendly personality, and have excellent leadership skills.
Manage current patients with excellent chiropractic adjusting skills, and manage their care. Doctor will perform all aspects of treating patients, including documentation, reports, etc. Doctor will be able to perform X-rays in the office, and any necessary therapy. Doctor will directly work with staff to provide staff any needed information related to patient care and scheduling. Doctor will provide each patient an appropriate treatment plan related to their diagnosis and condition, will perform patient education, communicate weekly with owner of clinic regarding status of clinic and work directly with owner of clinic regarding any practice events/issues.
Techniques/ Specialty utilized: Diversified, Thompson Drop, Activator Methods, SOT, Cox Flextion Distraction, Intersegmental Tracion Therapies may include Interferrential, Ultrasound, Massage, etc
Office hours and days candidate will work: Minimum MWF. 9-1 2-6
Salary (range): 40000-65000. Plus Bonus
Bonus compensation: Strong Bonus Package
