AMAZING Opportunity for an Associate in Beautiful Boise, Idaho
Become an associate chiropractor at a fast-paced and well-established Boise
chiropractic office. We are looking to add another full-time doctor to our team ASAP. Base salary and
bonus for our doctors ranged from $65K-$95K this year. Benefits include retirement
IRA, group health insurance through Pacific Source, paid vacation time, malpractice
insurance, 18 CE's/year and reimbursement for your membership to our state association. We have
2 locations and are planning on opening others in the near future. Our associate doctors train
in our main office for 2-3 years and then are placed in additional new office locations
where they essentially run their own office. We will be opening a 3rd location in 2021/22. The right person could have their own office location in 2-3 years, with the contractual potential to own the office in the future.
Applicants should be high-energy and thrive in a busy clinic setting. Must work well with
a team environment. We have minimal marketing requirements for our doctors.
Applicants MUST be willing to learn and adopt the same adjusting technique methods (Diversified and Chiropractic BioPhysics / Mirror-Image) as the other doctors in the office. We manage our patients as a TEAM…No one has "their own" patients. This allows doctors to take time off easier and makes scheduling for patients more convenient.
