ASSOCIATE POSITION (EMERALD QLD. AUSTRALIA)
An excellent opportunity to work with a very experienced and diversified team of chiropractors in a well-established practice of more than 30 yrs. Office currently has 2 part-time and 1 fulltime chiropractors, and 5 well trained CA’s.
We have been running a family subluxation-based office for over 30 years now. Our patient base ranges from pain management all the way through to “Wellness Care”. We are primarily a manual adjusting practice with some activator and Pro Adjuster also utilized. Manual techniques are Diversified, Gonstead and Thompson/Drop piece.
We are seeking a Chiropractor with strong manual adjusting abilities; effective communication and interpersonal skills combined with passion, drive and a desire to learn and be a supportive member within a team of equally minded practitioners and support team. Commitment to build and maintain a good patient base. Current fulltime associate is moving on at the end of 2020 and is currently averaging around 200 visits per week.
All training and coaching will be provided.
Associate hours will be a 4 to 4.5-day work week with 4-6 weeks leave per year if desired.
This is a country practice with a population of 18,000+ with surrounding towns. There is anywhere from 4-5 return flights per day to Brisbane. Mackay, Rockhampton, Airlie Beach and Yeppoon are all an easy drive.
Salary will be 45-50% of generated income.
