This is a very interesting position,- one of a kind!
The following position requires a manually skilled PT who also possesses good computer skills. We will train you to, work with athletes and patients on our CAREN ( computer assisted rehabilitation environment) system. The only privately available system in US.
You will be trained to perform technological gait analysis using motion capture system and instrumented treadmill. You will be trained to perform variety of different motion analysis tests utilizing force plates, motion caption and other type of hardware. Not only you will learn to operate these technologies , but you will learn to treat athletes and patients with them. You will also be trained in practical and theoretical foundation of gait analysis to further be able to use it in everyday practice . You can learn diagnostic sonography and/or RUSI ( rehabilitative ultrasound imaging).
